OpenNebula 7.4 is the cloud management layer: virtual machines, images, networks, quotas, multi-VM services (OneFlow) and the FireEdge web console.

A platform is an OpenNebula installation at a site; a cluster is a group of its hosts with their datastores and networks. See Platform and architecture for the structure.
