Overview¶
Claugine has two parts that work as one system.
- The platform
- Everything that runs on your physical servers to provide virtual machines to your customers — the network underlay, the host operating system, OpenNebula for cloud management and VyOS for routing — together with the architecture that ties them together. See Platform.
- The portal
- The user interface for everyone who works with the cloud: platform admins who build and maintain it, platform users who provide the service, and tenants who consume it. See Portal.
What you need, and what Claugine does¶

Once the platform is deployed, the portal is the only interface you need for your cloud.
